50th Dinner
Friend's 50th birthday party in a rented country mansion with rockstar levels of luxury. A truly amazing house, all of us feeling very lucky to experience it.
I cooked dinner for 22 on Saturday night: main course was penne with a smoky spicy tomato & chorizo sauce. Hot smoked paprika being the secret ingredient. Sprinkled with basil & wild garlic leaves, parmesan, and cracked black pepper.
Went down a storm. It's actually very easy to make.
