Zombie and Pornstar

After being away last weekend we thought we would treat ourselves to a drink at the local cocktail bar - The Cob and Pen.  There was a very cold wind on the way down; so I was looking for something to warm me up.  A flaming 'Zombie' did the trick.  The flame caramelised the passion fruit shell, which smelt delicious.
