From my bedroom window at early O'Clock......it was stunning.
Baby Alex (he"s 25) is coming to visit this weekend....its going to be a wet one ! Havent seen him since Christmas so looking forward to that.

Finally beginning to feel something like "normal" though my throat is sore and glands are swollen.....but 100 % better this week, and I am functioning and doing normal tasks. I havent returned to my morning swim yet....that feels a step too far. The last swim I had was 3rd January - feels like a very long time ago. I will aim to start again on Monday.... I was managing 80 lengths a day.....after this break.....I suspect I will have to start at 10 and build myself up !!
Going on holiday in 2 weeks....I am hoping a bit of winter warm sun will help !!! However, the next 13 days till I go will pass soooooo slowly !!!
