The Nifty 50!

Mum casually mentioned that she had a Canon 50mm lense in her attic... *cue hyperventilating/extreme excitement/demands for my Dad to get his ladders out and GET IT DOWN NOW!!*

I lecture on Mondays, so I don't get my Lucy and Izzy back and home until 4.00. Given that it goes dark at about 11am these days, and that my house has about as much light as a dis-used dungeon, I didn't really get much chance to have a go with it today.

Caught this quick snap of Lulu painting dragon maps, but am aiming to put it to better use tomorrow morning when (hopefully) there is a bit more light.
