Things might be.

A trouble free drive to Southampton this morning and a very positive final meeting this afternoon with the team supporting Jamie. A lot of praise for him and positive noises from the team in the community who will take over soon. One more short stay here after half term and discharge at the end of the month.

Ruth’s op went well but she’s understandably sore after. My back has improved for a good nights sleep and an incident free day. Still sore but I am moving less gingerly!

Hellebores, snowdrops and daffodils flowering in the hospital grounds - much has changed since I saw them here a year ago but life goes on.
