Goit Stock Dipper

I ducked out of the early walk this morning as the rain was coming down when I woke up at 6. 30, after a more leisurely start I took myself down along Goit Stock to the waterfall and beyond.  I came back via Bents Lane rather than battle with the muddy fields.  The water last weekend has certainly left its mark and the beck is still in full flow.
I spent a while watching the dipper perched at the bottom of the waterfall, always good to see.
