Not a great blip, but look at extras!

I had to go to the Specialist nurse today but only for a check up, why you may ask? Look at extras to see what I did last night! I started it off then my husband finished it.
Probably be offered a job before long! ;0)
So day by day now I should improve, can’t swim yet for at least two more weeks
