Cold morning made all the water droplets on the branches twinkle in the sunshine. I had the wrong camera with me and in a bit of hurry to work. Thankfully they were still there when I went home.
I've continued with washing plastic pots today. The less glamorous side of greenhouse work. :)
When I came home after some errands in town, and after having a late lunch, I started baking for tomorrow. I know I should've rested first, but I thought I'd get it done with. And... of course I forgot something in the dough that I realised first after the first batch was in the oven. Oil... oh, well, I thought. It'll be ok anyway! Fortunately I baked some spare parts to try, and when I ate it... yuk!! I will never ever bake with fiber sirup again! It said that in the recipe, so I used that... it also said that one can use some other kind of sirup too. The cookie tasted like dry almond paste, but with less sugar... I thought I could rescue the situation with covering the cookies in chocolate. So I melted the chocolate in the microwave... and managed to burn it. I can't with good conscience take these train wrecks and offer them to my coworkers! I think I will fess up and tell them about the baking mess! :D I will remake them during the weekend and bring good cookies with me instead. They are vegan, and window cookies. I will blip them when they are as they should.
