i missed zambia's first game of the AFCON because i was RUNNING. again. i know! i actually really enjoyed it this time and managed 4.5k with no breaks. chuffed!

properly back into the swing of things today with a busy farm fresh day. packing and delivering this morning, salaries and accounts this afternoon. it's nice to be busy after a quiet few days catching up with people.
