A three minute walk from where we stay  in Brissie and when junior is back at school and I have an evening to wander for a river side glass of wine as the sun sets this is a great choice.

Named for Stanley market in Hong Kong, my folks lived very close to Stanley for 10 years or so and it was Mum's go to place for veggies and seafood.
I mentioned this and whoa! the world of Stanley opened up!
Guided tour of the very beautiful restaurant and a brief chat with Louis Tikaram the owner chef while he was shoogling a wok over rocket force flames.
Oh and the food?
