Little Barn

The snow was all but gone at home but as the golf course remained closed I needed a plan B. So I headed up to the Buxton area with the expectation that there would still be lots of snow up there but there wasn't so I continued on towards the Cat and Fiddle to one of my favourite Peak District barns, I haven't been here for a while. The path was indistinct and very boggy with no signs of footprints so no one had been this way for some time. I think it is picturesque spot and the patches of snow added some brightness and made Shutlingsloe in the background stand out proudly.
