Pasties for lunch

It’s been a difficult job sorting out the house but with the help of family we have made much progress. Many keepsakes have been stored away and charities have benefited.
We took a break and visited this famous pastie shop in the old part of Bolton town.. The pasties were delicious. I wish they were available I Guernsey.
Apparently they use potato pastry which is very soft and can be rolled thinly. It would be nice to have the recipe.
