Mental Hygene
Recently I am having plenty of time in my hand. So, I am overthinking everything and everyone. However, at the end of the day I realize that it was useless... It did not help me or improve me. So, what was it for? I am planning to practice this simple trick of mental hygiene. I will try to clean or declutter or whatever it is with my thoughts. And I hope it will be able to clean a mess that is in my mind and it will be less messy the next time I visit my thought-land.
