Clear cut

This is the rhododendron bush I mentioned yesterday. At night with a monochrome setting it looks much more we’ll defined.

My IT hopes were dashed this morning. Despite the helpful online advice last night which appeared to have resolved the matter, the overnight updates resurfaced the problem.

So off again to the Apple store for a walk in appointment. Had to wait an hour or so but again staff very helpful.

However, three attempts to clear my machine failed! So the decision was clear cut.. wipe and rebuild. I hope to see it again next week. Fortunately the back up seems to be OK. We just need to avoid transferring back any glitches.

Five and a half hours later I got home. The enthusiasm to do lots of things had waned.
