swimming on the tide (on the lake at work) today!  I took a small video on my phone, but don't know how to show it to others...

Another busy day, feeling quite unwell with this cough at the moment, but at least its not on my chest and I'm keeping my inhalers doubled up for safety's sake...

Washload on so once that's finished I'm off for an early night and hoping for better sleep than last night!

Tomorrow a team meeting and I need to be in early to order the lunch for us - just sandwiches - and catch up with my Manager first....
