Snow Day

After getting up and ready for school and 5 minutes in to scraping snow off my car with a CD box, I got the magic text : 'due to the adverse weather conditions school is closed today'. So I skipped back indoors, put my trackie bottoms on and spent a couple of hours trying to clear a backlog of work. Now on my second white wine and soda, happy in the knowledge that if it wasn't for the snow, I'd be teaching turgid poetry to year 11!
