Stonehaven

I was back in Stonehaven for another physio appointment. My arm is slowly improving, I just need to keep doing the exercises and be patient.
The beach was looking a bit rugged after Sunday’s storm. I hear there’s another on it’s way, I’m hoping it doesn’t spoil my plans for later in the week.
