Notes: Day started out chilly but sunny. Did a mid-morning run to Soopers for handful of things - the flower section stood out but didn't buy any. Back and some work, a meditation and then Beyond Burgers with avocado, mushroom and Daiya "cheese" and sweet potato fries in the oven. Steve and I finished season 1 of Shameless (William H Macy).
