Snow!

Today it well and truly snowed! It came down thick and fast, we gave up on school, had fun outside and got very cold! I loved how the snow meant Jonny got to know some new neighbour boys and spent hours outside with them playing and building a snowman.

The gas man said he'd come today but didn't show up (maybe because of the snow?) so we borrowed a tank from friends, we were rather desperate in the cold! Maybe tomorrow night when Jerry gets back from his conference they'll actually bring us some - it has become even more obvious that a foreign woman doesn't have a lot of clout in a man's world.
