Worksite update

At this new railway bridge worksite happened a large incident due of heavy snow storm. There was built a covering shelter over the new bridge, but the storm broke half of it and metallic structures of shelter damaged badly electric line of current railwaybridge, which is located next of new one. If you open the image in large, you can see some of those broken shelter structures on the down right side of the image. On the ice under the bridge can be seen lot's of wooden parts, which were also crashed down when metallic parts of shelter gave up to wind. Due of incident all railway traffic is interrupted till tomorrow noon.

I must say that the wind was very powerful time to time as it prevent me walking forward couple of times when I visited on the other bridge at Luukkaansalmi to capture image of very strange looking lake ice (extra image).
