The Oscars red carpet is always a fine opportunity to gasp at the wonders of haute couture design and to marvel at the sparkle of so many millions of dollars worth of borrowed jewels adorning the necks of starlets barely old enough to rent a car. These fashionistas didn't make the red carpet, but did make the Hollywood walk of fame.
