A northerners acropolis

By golly it was chilly here today, if fact I nearly had to put a coat on ... for those not in the know this is Penshaw Monument in the north of England - when I was a child my father would have me believe it was the home of the Lambton Worm, another northern tale.....

All I can say if today’s bleak stroll, thank goodness for the amazing coffee shop at the bottom of the hill
