HIGH TIDE

Hello all,

I hope you are all well and all UK blip friends have weathered the storm well yesterday.  For Grange it wasn't as bad as Desmond but pretty stormy all the same.  I didn't venture out, for a change I did as I was told and stayed put.  I did venture a little way along the Prom but to be honest it was too cold and windy to go too far.

Had a good session at Tai Chi today, quite a lot a hand and arm form which I enjoyed very much.  So lovely to meet up with such a lovely group of people too.

I popped onto the Prom by the station on the way back home to take this photo.  There were only a handful of people on the prom.  It was OK it wasn't dangerous at all, but it is unusual to see the tide so high in Grange.  

This is my entry for Mono Monday.  I believe that 60Plus is now hosting, so thank you for that.  I understand that the theme for Mono Monday is "Looking In", well this is looking into the sea spray.  So I hope that counts.
