River walk

Gratitude Project Day 41.

Today I am grateful for the new walking path along the river, starting close to my workplace. A great option for a lunchtime walk on a cooler day. Today, since I missed my morning walk because of a thunderstorm and have another meeting this evening, I was able to fit my walk in at lunchtime - a little muddy and slippery in spots but a lovely walk out in the open. The flooding was evident with trees down and mud everywhere.
15mm of rain before I left for work this morning then another 19mm before lunch - it is adding up quickly with the total since last Wednesday now on 102mm!
