Spending birthday money

I felt blah and wabbit all day. I went out shopping because we had friends coming for dinner but I also popped into a couple of wool shops. I bought this fabulous hand dyed yarn! No idea what I’m going to do with it but it’s beautiful!
D & S came for dinner and stayed overnight. We had a lovely evening and we also chose a new hall, stairs and bedroom carpet!
