Awful day

Weather really wet and very windy, lots of fences down and massive branches on the roads. we did a big shop this morning after a long walk and the baked a cake. We managed a nice walk down by the canal between rain showers, some of which were so heavy we were a bit worried about the garden flooding again, but it was fine.
Cooked chilli cornbread for dinner, nice and lots left for tomorrow.
Missing the daughter but she seems to be having a good time in the sun.
Didn’t take my camera out today so decided a shot of more of my bear collection would do the job, this is Katkin and Lawrence, don’t ask.
