Gin wash front, equal quantities of flaked oats, maize and barley. Have distilled from vodka so far, so looking forward to experimenting with the ‘from scratch’ approach.


IPA at the back with a quickly scribbled recipe. Should get roughly 6%. Planning a lot more small batches (5 litre demijohns) to go experimental.
