Flooding on Riverside Drive in Dundee, despite the new £6.9M flood defences....hummm...i think someone needs to educate Dundee Council that you actually have to close the gates in order for them to work!

Horse, Gate, Bolted springs to mind!

See extras. Could have been prevented if the gates had been closed in advance of the storm. Not as if there wasnt any notice or anything....
