High tides, strong winds but some sunshine - Ciara still raging but not as bad as 8.30am - see extra. I managed a swift yomp around the circuit, almost windbourne at this point and later up on the back road, I was astonished to see lots of squashed frogs and blobs of frogspawn all over the road, rather sad.

And a  new blog is the fruits of today's labour.
