Triptych

Storm Ciara has been doing her worst for a while and all roads in and out of the village are either flooded or unpassable due to uprooted trees blocking them.
At the moment of writing we can’t get out of the village, luckily for us we don’t want or need to.
Lots of neighbours out unblocking the drains so they could cope with all the water streaming down from the moor.
For the first time since we lived here we couldn’t help.
The rain is subsiding but the wind is still pretty fierce, forecast says it should all quieten down by evening.
Feel fortunate to be inside feeling safe, warm and dry.
Hope everyone experiencing the storm is too.

Took a photograph of the lone tree in my front garden and did some editing to pass the time while Mr P sleeps.
