A Banana Plant Flower.....

Never have I seen this flower on a banana plant before, but then I may have only seen one kind of banana.   This was at a villa on the street down from where I live.  I have even picked bananas off of the trees in my old home in Jupiter, Fla. (West Palm Beach)  Those trees didn't have this flower.  It is really vibrant!
