Work today was fine, had a meeting this morning over a very welcome cup of tea.

Mainly the day was spent constantly checking my phone - we agreed to take the flat we viewed yesterday! Eventually heard back in the afternoon and the answer was yes! Woohoo!

In the evening we went to Maddy & Sammy’s joint birthday party at the Radnor Rooms. It may have been a 30th but we played pass the parcel, pin the beard on Sammy (or pin the gnome tattoo on Maddy),  and hit a pinata. This was a game to blow up as many balloons as possible and draw an accurate Maddy or Sammy portrait on it, there was lots of popping!
