Swim in choppy seas at 9am as stormy weather is coming in

Then visited a friend who is quite unwell.

Down to Dun Laoghaire to buy some make up and get nails done then tasty lunch with friend.

Home for an afternoon nap (I cannot recommend this more highly)

A quick hoover and dust and general damn housework - tsk

Homemade fish curry for dinner and am now set to do some miniature painting, listen to some tunes, read a chapter of my history of photography book and generally chill out
