Great King Street

Quite a lot worked out today,  

New glasses have gone back to the lab.  I thought they were great, except for the seeing thing.  

Of course, seeing there is a cheese shop next door I had to pick up some amazing Ossau Iraty for lunch.  

And the sun stayed out until well into the afternoon.  Enough time to dig some parsnips to have with our chicken dinner, and to find some purple sprouting broccoli and some leeks and a few tiny beetroot. 

And the rugby went well- accompanied by Tempest's 'Wee Heavy', which was a joy.   Shame about the Scotland game.  

All in all a good Saturday.
