Two Tweedles
As I write Storm Ciara is battering the house with wind and rain that may well turn to snow over night or in the next three to four days. Discretion has won out over bravery and I have decided not to go out blipping.
Instead I decided it was time to use these two wee carved wooden miniatures as the focus of an experiment with the macro (not quite) facilities of the Olympus 12-50 EZ lens -other wise known as 'the cheapie one' in their lineup.
What you see is straight from the camera, with a little cropping. The camera was on a £1 mini-tripod and the shutter was fired by wifi from my phone.
Fun and games, and a wee bit of new learning on a wet night. :-)
