All about.....

....Two wheels.

I was up mega early as I wanted to go to the bike shop first thing. It was even earlier as planned due to Orla being a bit of a nightmare in the night, I fed her at about 6:00am and didn't bother going back to sleep.

I was at Fred Williams Cycles for when they opened to collect my new wheels. I ordered them a couple of weeks ago but this was my first opportunity to get there.

Sean (pictured) is one of the mechanics there and a thoroughly nice bloke he is too. 

I got back home, got changed and went mountain biking with my little family crew.
