Horsing Around

After running our errands this afternoon we stopped by the Burnside Plantation to see if we could find some blue birds. There were no birds around but the Bethlehem police horses were out of their stable and enjoying the beautiful sunshine.

We have stopped by to see the horses on many occasions but this is the first time we have seen them playing. In fact, it's the first time we have seen any sort of toys in the pen for them to play with.

This gorgeous stallion was holding the ball between his teeth and "bouncing" it up and down. Over & over again. He seemed to be having fun and it was interesting to watch.

Yay! The San Francisco 49er's are going to the super bowl!! We're currently watching the Ravens/Patriots game on TV and hope the Ravens win this one!

Well, that wraps up the weekend ~ back to work tomorrow! Where did it go?!?
