Ups and downs

A rather strenuous cycle ride out to the Howgills and Sedbergh, past Lowgill viaduct (where lots of photographers were awaiting the passing steam train), Brigflatts Quaker meeting house, and hills that went on for ever. We got home before the bad weather arrived, thank goodness.
