None Better

One of my top goals on our trip to Costa Rica was to find an "authentic" coffee roaster and learn about the local coffees. In Playa Hermosa we found this gem of place with two, young and super passionate coffee entrepreneurs. They took the time to discuss the origin of the beans (hand picked from their family farm in the hills of Costa Rica), their roaster, process, timing and their passion for coffee. Served "pour-over" style and never from an air pot!
It definitely was a highlight of our trip and we brought home enough for a pretty long run of tasty Costa Rican pride.... none better.
