Achilles

This beautiful gentleman, and he really is a gentle man, is called Achilles and he lives at the Hyde Park Barracks where he works as a drum horse. He is an enormous horse but he is a real softie and loves a good cuddle. You will see him out on parade with the rest of the band when the Queen is out and about. I am very lucky and grateful for having the chance to say hello to Achilles and his colleagues now and again.
