Crocus

When I blipped those daffs the other day I wondered if the crocus were up - and indeed they are! On my way to the allotment, obvs. The hordes were even more ravening than usual; there was a frost last night and they'd finished every last scrap in the feeders. Managed to pick up a piquante little salami from Sorina at East Coast Cured; mmm. I saw some redwings on the Links - was going to blip one but saw that Toph had got a much better shot of one on the Meadows.

I was thinking about my late and much beloved sister today, as it was her birthday - it also happens to be the b'day of one of my great-nephews to whom I managed (almost unbelievably) to send a card. Result!
