Dinner

I made the dinner tonight. Sliced common gabbage and common onion, chopped spring onion and a handful almond, 11/2 teaspoon salt, 0.4 litre of cream, in the oven at 175 C for 20 minutes. Then four skinless boneless salmon fillets placed on top of the whole thing in the oven for another about 10 minutes until the salmon had reached 45 C. Rested 10 minutes. Some green herbs on the top. Boiled potatoes pressed in the potato press. Some butter and salt on the top.  A chilled Cote du Rhône was served to the dish. That was my dinner. Hope you have got something eatable tonight too.
