It’s beginning to look like Spring

Spring is almost here:
•. The days are noticeably lengthening;
•. Primroses and tête-à-tête daffodils are brightening up entrance to house with the next batch of tête-à-têtes ready to put in position;
•. The 90p bargain hanging baskets from Dobbies are just about to burst into bloom; and
• In the greenhouse propagators leek, onion and begonia seed have germinated.
Let’s hope storm Ciara does not put a destructive dampener on this promising start.
