Cap Badges

18 years ago today I graduated from the RAF College Cranwell and swapped cap badges from the one on the left to the one on the right.  They both now rest in a glass cabinet in my office to remind me of some amazing people that I met, led, worked with, and worked for during those subsequent 10 years. Now, having left almost 8 years ago, I still hear of the amazing selfless work these individuals are achieving, usually under adverse conditions. Some of you are not acutely aware of it, and others may never hear about it, but the difference you all make is real.
