I usually remove the first flower from the Black Krim tomatoes, but this one got away on me. I picked it today. It weighed just over 500g. Too much for me to eat. I made a very tasty pasta sauce with some of it and added the rest to ripe red and yellow tomatoes from the greenhouse to make a rich paste for the freezer.
