Drunk bees!

We had some heavy wind and rain early this morning so I went out to check on the daffodils. Sure enough a couple were laying on the ground so I snipped them off and brought them inside. When I stood them up in the vase, there was a bumblebee hiding!

I went back outside to check the other flowers and found another crawling!

Both bees were drunk on pollen! I could have picked them up with my hand.

Will be working at an annual meeting for the next three days helping a friend with registration and whatever needs doing so I will probably post my phone photo and be done. Hope to be able to have a look at journals during down time!
