Waffle Wednesday

An impulse buy at Waitrose last night. I really like these but I suspect that they aren't exactly high in nutritional value.... Plus I really burnt my fingers trying to extract these babies from the toaster this morning....! 

At least it was sunny, and it was actually spring-like, despite the winter chill. Mum and Dad finally have their heating restored, so it's not as bone-chillingly cold as it has been. I had a reflexology session at work today over lunchtime. It was quite nice actually.

Therapy went well too.
