Thursday: Good Gardening Day

Woke up to a beautiful day.
MrD went off to the Thursday meeting and I started cutting back honeysuckle, roses and cotoneaster in the long garden, so nice to be working outdoors and feeling nice & warm too!
When MrD got back he cut the lower branches of our very tall holly. It took me a while to cut the branches smaller to fill the green waste bin. It’s so much better, lots of light getting at the plants and spaces for new plants too!
Just been outside before bedtime, beautiful starry and clear night and temperature down to zero!!
