Home sweet home.

Flipping heck. Long haul travel doesn’t half take it out of you. Left Christchurch for Singapore on Wednesday at 12 noon local time. A 6 hour lay over and then a 13hr plus flight leaving Singapore around midnight and arriving Heathrow 6am today.
The drive home was quick and trouble free and we were in home just after 10.30 am.
It was a gorgeous day with frost all around for the first part and not a cloud in the sky.
Should have been lots of photo opportunities but we have Emily and the girls arriving late tonight for the weekend. (I had thought it was tomorrow). We have fitted in a few hours sleep this afternoon but we’ve also unpacked everything changed beds and towels and had a general clean up. So here is an emergency blip. I should get some small girls tomorrow.
Monday we are doing nothing!
