A Sea of Winter Purple...

A frosty start to a beautiful day. The bright sunshine even tempted me out into the garden for an hour, to plant out some Winter Pansies (which were bought in November!) and to do a bit of tidying up; warm in the sun, but still chilly in the shade. With Storm Ciara arriving this weekend with winds of up to 70mph, I thought I ought to blip the Crocuses in case they are flattened by the storm...
